I was under quite a tight time crunch to get my new dog grooming salon built, as my lease on my previous salon was coming to an end. Brad and Tony were incredibly helpful and reassuring throughout the entire process, giving me full confidence that everything would be completed on time.

I was genuinely impressed by how organised and efficient Brad was when it came to managing the project and coordinating his team. After signing contracts, they were on-site that very weekend getting started, which really shows their commitment and work ethic.

Every member of the team was friendly, approachable, and professional. As a 27-year-old woman with limited knowledge of construction, I really appreciated how Brad guided me step by step through the entire build of my dog grooming salon. He took the time to explain everything clearly and asked lots of questions to make sure I would end up with exactly the salon I had envisioned. I always felt included and informed, as everything was sent over for me to review.

They even went above and beyond by fitting my dog grooming bath free of charge, which I was so grateful for.

Brad and Tony came into the small business I work for (KRR ProStream) and were asked to create a wall to turn one big office into a smaller office and the rest of the space open for a general office space. As well as a breakout room and fire door fitted too, they were super quick, especially with the job being around Christmas, whilst still being thorough and ensuring no mistakes were made and everything was spot on! AMBR Developments carried out a complete home renovation for our 3 bed semi-detached home in Shalford. It was in dire need of a makeover and our old 1950's style house was turned into a beautiful home, oozing with class and modern touches. Brad & Tony maintained incredible communication with us throughout the whole build process, ensuring all of our questions were answered and concerns eased. We used Tony, Brad & the boys for some building works in our kitchen. Tony came out and quoted the next day, and work was being completed very shortly after. They removed our load bearing wall, installed steels, plastered, did our floor and so much more and the improvement their services have made is phenomenal. They were polite, tidy, good workers who were very considerate and achieved so much in such a short space of time. I already have work lined up when we move onto the next stage of our renovation for the boys and wouldn’t want to use anyone else. I would truly recommend them to anyone!

Being in the trade myself, I am very particular who I deal with when it comes to construction companies. I expect the same professional attitude as myself. AMBR Developments designed a bespoke outdoor office space tailored to my specific requirements. A cradle to grave experience which was paramount to the success of this build. I've had a massive problem with damp on a single skin wall, on the extension at the back of my flat. So I contacted AMBR after a recommendation from a friend. We agreed a new wall with insulation & plasterboarding was the way forward, to comply with requirements for a mortgage I was trying to get. We then subsequently agreed to do some extra work replacing a damp damaged ceiling & assembling & installing some new double glazing, as the flat had decrepit, disintegrated wooden single glazed windows, which were in danger of falling to bits! To say I was impressed is an understatement. Ant & Brad fully explained what they were going to do, kept me updated throughout & proactively did extra work, included in the price. After plasterboarding the new wall, they've organised a plasterer to finish it off. The pair of them really do work like a machine - I could barely get them to stop for a cup of coffee! They also tidied up after themselves - a boon with a builder 😉 I'm going to be doing a major renovation of the rest of the flat within the next few months (kitchen, bathroom, entire new floor etc) & I know who I'll be calling. A good job jobbed AMBR, so thank you.
